Come to The Visible Hand General Meeting on Tuesday, Feb 6th |
Welcome back to school! I hope people had a good break, and are ready for
the spring semester! Just a heads up that the Visible Hand will be holding
an organizational meeting on February 6th at 4:45PM in Goldwin Smith 158.
This meeting is for both those of you who have already indicated your
interest in the Visible Hand and for those of you who would like to learn
more.
At the meeting, we will provide an overview of the Visible Hand,
descriptions of available positions and what they entail, timelines, and
answer any questions you may have. We're looking for a wide variety of
positions, including:
Business Team (led by Lisa Raylesberg):
* Events Planner
* Recruiting and Circulation Manager
* Corporate Sponsorship Manager
* Publicity Manager
Writing Team (led by Liza Lee):
* Writer
* Copy Editor (senior positions are available)
Layout and Design Team (led by myself):
* Cover designer(prior experience with PageMaker and/or Photoshop
required)
* Layout Editor (senior positions are available)
